These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Elevizo.io, owned and operated by Elevizo Solution Private Limited, registered at House no 993, Pargaon, Panvel, Raigarh, 410206. By accessing Elevizo.io, you confirm that you accept these Terms and are of legal contracting age under Indian law. If you disagree with these Terms, please stop using our services immediately. Our services are intended for users residing in India.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy for India, which forms part of these Terms, describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You agree to pay for all services you purchase. Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST unless noted otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled; changes in pricing will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Keep your password confidential and secure.
• Notify us of unauthorized account use or security breaches.
• You may not register for an account on behalf of others without proper authorization.

You are responsible for all materials you upload or post ("User Content"). You retain ownership but grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use your content to deliver our services and for related promotions. You affirm you have the rights to your content and that it does not infringe on third party rights.

• Do not violate any applicable Indian law or regulation.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Do not infringe any intellectual property rights.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not disrupt service operation or transmit harmful software.
• Do not use automated scraping tools or interfere with the platform.
• Accounts breaching this policy may be terminated.

Except for your User Content, all materials on Elevizo.io – including software, text, graphics, and trademarks – are the exclusive property of Elevizo Solution Private Limited and its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute these materials except as allowed in writing by us.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact our Grievance Officer with your signature, a description of your work, identification of infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good faith.

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or freedom from viruses.

To the extent allowed by law, Elevizo Solution Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for all claims related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or ₹1,000.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the service, violation of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive courts in Panvel, Raigarh, Maharashtra. You agree to try informal resolution before initiating proceedings.

• These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between us and you.
• If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
• No waiver of terms unless stated in writing.
