This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for services provided by Elevizo Solution Private Limited ("Elevizo", "we", "us"). This policy is part of our main Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You are in full control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time.

How to Cancel: The easiest way to cancel is through your account dashboard on the Elevizo.io website. Navigate to "Subscription Settings" and follow the cancellation instructions.

Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to all paid features until this date. No further charges will be made to your account for this subscription.

Important Note: Please cancel your subscription directly through our website.

2. Refund Policy

A. 24-Hour Refund Guarantee for Your First Subscription

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your very first subscription purchase with us.

Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of your initial subscription payment.

How to Request: You must send an email to our support team at namrata.thombre@elevizo.io within the 24-hour timeframe.

Exclusions: This 24-hour guarantee applies only to your first-time purchase and does not apply to any subsequent subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or other one-time service fees.

B. General Policy (After 24 Hours)

Beyond the 24-hour guarantee for your initial purchase, all payments made to Elevizo are non-refundable.

Fees for subscription renewals are non-refundable as the service is provided on a recurring basis. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you wish to avoid future charges.

3. Refund Processing

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the original payment method used.

Refund Initiation: Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days.

Confirmation: After we initiate the refund, you will receive an email confirmation from us.

Expected Timelines:

  • UPI: Typically reflects within 2-3 business days, often instantly.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Net Banking: Can take 5-7 business days.
  • Wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): Refunds are generally instant or may take up to 24 hours.

4. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, we kindly request that you contact us at namrata.thombre@elevizo.io to resolve any billing issues.

Our 24-hour refund policy is in place to ensure your satisfaction, and we are committed to resolving your concerns directly.
